Trust in this work depends on being able to see where a statement came from, who approved it and what is still unknown.

Controls in the platform

Identity and access

Access requires an authenticated account. Roles are stored separately from profiles, and every record is filtered by row-level security so a person only sees what their role and client access allow.

Consent

Consent is recorded with its scope, date and the person who granted it. Consent history is visible to the client. Specialist access is limited to what consent permits.

Evidence provenance

Each item of evidence carries its source, source type, collection date, owner, access class, quality and stated limitations. Gaps are recorded as gaps.

AI assistance

Where AI is used to draft text, the output is labelled DRAFT — HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED and cannot become a diagnosis, prescription or report until an authorised person approves it.

Human approval

Service assignment, diagnosis, prescription, transition and closure are confirmed by a named person. A recommendation alone changes nothing.

Audit records

Approvals, edits, transitions and access changes are written to an audit trail with the actor and time, and the trail is readable in the client record.

The public overview shows five stages. Each groups the detailed control stages below; nothing moves to the next stage without the record it requires.

How we label knowledge

Every item on a dashboard states what kind of knowledge it is. Nothing is presented as approved advice by accident.

  • Observed fact

    Recorded directly from a source without interpretation.

  • Calculated result

    Derived from recorded evidence using a stated method.

  • Analyst interpretation

    A professional reading of the evidence, not yet approved.

  • Approved diagnosis

    An interpretation confirmed by an authorised human approver.

  • Proposed recommendation

    A suggested response awaiting internal and client approval.

  • Approved prescription

    An action authorised for implementation.

  • Monitored outcome

    A measured result recorded after implementation.

Status language

Six states, including the states that admit we cannot yet conclude. A rating is never inferred where evidence does not support it.

  • Green

    Evidence indicates the condition is within acceptable limits.

  • Amber

    Evidence indicates a condition requiring management attention.

  • Red

    Evidence indicates a condition requiring urgent attention.

  • Insufficient Evidence

    Available evidence does not support a rating.

  • Not Applicable

    The measure does not apply to this business or period.

  • Conflicting Evidence

    Sources disagree; the rating is unresolved pending review.

Claims we do not make

  • We do not invent clients, testimonials, partners or endorsements.
  • We do not publish statistics without a named, checkable source.
  • We do not claim government, regulatory or banking authority or data access.
  • We do not guarantee funding, profit or business survival.
  • We do not present drafts as approved advice.
  • We do not rate a condition where the evidence is insufficient.
