Findings depend on the evidence made available to us. Where evidence is missing, we record Insufficient Evidence rather than estimating a figure.

Reports are released under a version record. A released version is not edited afterwards; corrections are issued as a new version.
Audit records of approvals, releases and access are retained as a control and are not deleted per record on request.
